The Long Game: Trust the Process

Sam Stearns

Founder of Songbird Transitions

Over the past decade Samantha Stearns, founder and co-owner of Songbird Transitions, has built a thriving, niche, service-oriented business rooted in human connection and compassion. She and her team have helped more than 1000 clients navigate the downsizing process and "relocate their nest," throughout central Ohio and via online support nationally. Sam likes to say, she doesn't "make" you get rid of your stuff, she helps you "find" the things you want to keep. Her focus on finding joy in the process of this major life transition helps families in moving forward... literally and figuratively. The same rules apply when developing her business to serve the community: find joy and the things you want to keep, then keep going!
